The 20-year-old Styrian Michael Röck was awarded “Racing Rookie 2016”. The Racing Rookie is Austria’s largest motorsport talent search. Pongratz donated the car transporter of the type L-AT 400 T-K for the safe transport of his new rally car.

In the second half of 2016, Pongratz introduced the new, shapely hollow chamber profile in the exclusive Pongratz design.
Benefit from an integrated profile for the hooks, which eliminates the need for the panel knobs. Furthermore, the aluminum profile has an integrated contour for the assembly of the lashing straps and is fully downwards compatible.
The new profile is used for trailer types LPA, PHL, RK and 3-SKS in the aluminum version.

On September 24, 2016, Pongratz organized the first dealer day with a focus on the German market. The aim of the event was the detailed presentation of the entire Pongratz product range.

Another highlight of the event was formed by the presentation of the new marketing appearance. A new logo, modern design, and a new website support the specialist dealers of Pongratz.
At the Pongratz trailer parcour, the individual dealers demonstrated their skills in handling a trailer and accomplishing various tasks. The winner was rewarded with a new trailer of the class LPA 250/13 U-AL.
For the physical well-being good snacks, flour dishes, and local Gösser beer were provided.
